Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Blind Luck Boxes website at blindluckboxes.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it. By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Blind Luck, LLC ("Blind Luck Boxes," "we," "us," or "our") is a Georgia limited liability company.

Who Can Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products and Availability

We sell authentic blind box collectible figures sourced from manufacturers and their supply chains. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any of the brands we carry. All brand names, character names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and refuse orders at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already placed.

We accept payment through our third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.

Sales tax will be added where required by law.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute an accepted contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been charged, we will issue a refund.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is covered under our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered under our Return & Refund Policy. Both policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Product Descriptions and Images

We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions, and details accurately. Because manufacturer materials vary and monitor settings differ, we cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen exactly matches the physical product. Minor variations in packaging, printing, or coloration between production runs are normal for collectible items and do not qualify as defects.

Intellectual Property

The Blind Luck Boxes name, logo, site design, and original content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without our written permission.

All manufacturer trademarks, brand names, character names, and copyrighted materials referenced or displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners. We use them only to accurately describe the products we sell.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems

• Interfere with the operation of the Site

• Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site

• Submit false or misleading information

Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blind Luck, LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blind Luck, LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.
