Our inventory is based on the cases we open. When we open a case of blind boxes, each figure is authenticated and added to our available inventory. Rarity and availability depend on the blind box odds set by the manufacturer.

We ship from our US warehouse within 72 hours of your order. Domestic shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. You can track your order status during delivery. No 30-day overseas waits!

The unboxing video protects both you and us. It provides clear evidence of your package's condition on arrival and the contents inside, which is essential for resolving any potential issues fairly. Without this documentation, we have no way to verify what happened during shipping or confirm what was in your package.
Please follow these steps when your package arrives:
Record the package from all sides before opening so any shipping damage is clearly visible
Record the entire unboxing process in one continuous take with no editing—this proves the video hasn't been altered
Show all parts of the unboxing including the figure, packaging, and authentication documentation so we can verify everything you received
We cannot process aftersale requests without complete, unedited unboxing footage because without it, claims can't be verified.
Blind Luck Boxes LLC reserves the final right of approval on all aftersale claims. This policy protects the honest collectors who make up our community, helps us keep prices fair for everyone, and maintains the high standards that set us apart from less trustworthy sellers.

To maintain the integrity of authenticated collectible figures and protect honest collectors, we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds except in cases of severe damage caused during shipping. Claims for shipping damage must be supported by complete, unedited unboxing footage as outlined in our authentication policy.
This policy exists for a reason: the collectibles resale market has bad actors, and strict standards allow us to confidently resolve real issues while keeping prices fair for everyone. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We carefully inspect each figure before shipping and use protective packaging to ensure safe delivery. However, shipping carriers occasionally cause damage outside of our control. If your item arrives with severe damage, contact us immediately with your complete unboxing footage—including the package from all sides before opening and the unedited unboxing process.
This documentation allows us to verify the damage occurred during shipping rather than after delivery, which protects both you and our authentication standards. With proper documentation, we'll work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

We pack every order securely in bubble wrap and sturdy shipping cartons to give your collectibles the best protection possible. However, the original blind box packaging can sometimes sustain minor damage during transit due to factors outside our control—and we cannot offer compensation or refunds for damage to outer product boxes.
The reason: collectible packaging is fragile by nature, and even careful shipping can result in minor wear. Accepting claims for outer box damage would drive up prices for everyone, including the many collectors who prioritize the figure itself over packaging condition. We recommend keeping all original packaging materials in case you'd like to display or resell your collectible later.

As a reseller, we professionally source authentic products and inspect non-blind box items before shipping. However, we are not responsible for original defects from the official brand, including:
Original quality issues by the official brand
Misprints or factory errors
Other manufacturer defects
